In Memory of Doris Weiler
Doris Weiler, aged 77, peacefully passed away on November 4, 2025, at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney, Illinois. Born in January 1948 in Blountstown, Florida, she grew up with her five siblings in Panama City, cherishing family and friendships throughout her life.
On August 29, 1969, Doris married Alan Weiler, and together they enjoyed 56 years of love and adventure, making lasting connections while traveling. As a devoted Army wife, she managed the household during Alan's service, taking pride in her children and grandchildren. Doris had a passion for holiday decorating, crafting events, and lively card games, bringing joy and laughter wherever she went.
She is survived by her husband Alan, children Shari and Chad, four grandchildren, and her siblings. A Celebration of Life will be held on November 15, 2025, with visitation and a ceremony at Frank & Bright Funeral Home, followed by burial at Clay City Cemetery.
